I was referred to Evan Russell from my boss who had used Evan in the past and raved about him. I have known Evan we're over six years now, when I was married, we were supposed to sell the house and move to another location however, things didn't work out that way, and that was put on the back of the burner with an unexpecteddivorce on hand. However, I've never forgotten Evan and I didn't want to use anybody else. He was that good of a person. Evan took the situation by the horns immediately and went to work immediately. My house sold the first weekend on the market? Evan did an excellent job. Everything went smoothly as expected. However, the condo that I purchased ended up to be a nightmare of a situation, Evan stood by me every single step of the way, put our fires with me and helped me out of the bad situation. he is the epitome of excellence. my hats off to you, Evan. A job well orchestrated from start to finish. Thank you.

Evan helped me with a fairly non-standard estate sale and successfully navigated multiple challenges that ultimately resulted in a smooth and easy transaction. His initial patience was appreciated as was his action once it came time to get going. Recommend!

I have many illnesses and always going hospital, doctors, Dialisys.so my time and health Was very limited. Without me asking, Evan stepped up to the plate and offered to handled all my little house fixes with his contractors that he knows. I can’t explain how big of help that was. I probably could’ve never done it. Oh yah and the paperwork. Highly recommend and let him be your first phone call
